1. Purpose of purchase

Every packet listed on Nandini Enterprise is offered for planting and propagation. By completing checkout you confirm the seeds are intended for sowing and not for direct human or animal consumption unless the packet label explicitly states otherwise.

2. Merchant of record

TOUSHIF TAILOR (Proprietor) operates under the trade name NANDINI ENTERPRISE from Shop No.68 Ground Floor Om Heera Panna Mall Opp Cafe Safar, Near Oshiwara Police Station Andheri West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, 400053. GSTIN: 27BILPT4786Q1ZX. All invoices and support correspondence reference this legal entity.

3. Catalogue accuracy

Product photographs depict representative seed lots, parent plants or cleaned seed material. Packet artwork may differ between print runs. Germination percentages vary with soil temperature, moisture, daylight and regional climate — Nandini Enterprise does not guarantee crop yield or harvest volume.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) for sowing-grade stock.
Seasonal cultivars may show temporary stock gaps without prior notice.
Net weight on each packet reflects standard manufacturing tolerance.

4. Verified accounts

Checkout requires an email-verified profile. Purchases by minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payment acceptance

Orders confirm once prepaid payment settles or cash-on-delivery is accepted at checkout.
Supported methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and COD where courier service permits.
COD handling fees, when applicable, are shown before order confirmation.

6. Dispute forum
