Cancellation Policy

Effective: 14 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

Cancellation requests received before the packet leaves our seed desk may be accepted. Use Track & Support with your order ID for the fastest response.

2. After dispatch

Once a tracking number is generated, cancellation is generally not possible. You may refuse COD delivery or follow the Returns & Refunds policy after receipt.

3. Refund timing

Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within five to ten business days depending on your bank or wallet provider.
